Burger Nation OK is the culinary expression of Dunagan Farms. Jace Dunagan, a welder by trade, traded a job over a decade ago for five commercial bred cows and never looked back. Today, Jace and Heather raise their cattle with deep respect for Oklahoma's native pastures.
Two years ago, we decided to bring our ranch directly to our community on wheels. We took our dry-aged, pasture-raised beef and built Burger Nation—a mobile food trailer dedicated to the legendary Oklahoma Onion Burger, seared fresh to order at local festivals, church gatherings, and private events.

We don't buy our beef from commercial food distributors—we raise it! Every patty and steak bite served on our trailer comes directly from cattle pasture-raised by Jace & Heather Dunagan at Dunagan Farms in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
Our cattle are raised on native pastures, dry-aged for rich flavor and tenderness, and processed cleanly without growth hormones, preventative antibiotics, or shortcuts.

The Oklahoma Onion Burger is an iconic American culinary tradition born during the Great Depression. Thinly shaved sweet onions are placed on top of fresh ground beef and smashed with great pressure into the smoking-hot flat-top griddle.
As the beef sears and forms crispy lace edges, the onions caramelize directly inside the rendered beef tallow. We top each patty with melted sharp cheddar and serve on butter-toasted brioche with our house special sauce.
